To receive the attunement, set aside approximately 30-45 minutes for meditation, and simply ask Archangel Michael (call upon him as "St. Michael") to send you the Allowing Abundance Attunement. You may choose to enhance your experience using candles, essential oils, or anything else that creates a sacred space for you.
It is a good idea to drink some water after an attunement, and to take it easy for the next day to allow the energies to settle.
