Ascension Reiki consists of nine comprehensive multi-level attunements that connect the recipient with the divine energy of the Ascended Masters and the Elohim. It is not clear who created this system, but it comes with a comprehensive manual that provides affirmations for each attunement as well as symbols. There are also moving meditation practices in here such as the Rainbow Man Exercise.

Please note: There are some references to certain types of breathwork that are not explained in the manual, but these special breaths are not necessary to perform or receive the attunements.
